The Turtle Trading Fx Community “Monthly, and "Annual” Subscription packages are non-refundable.
The Turtle Trading Fx Bootcamp is Non-Refundable which you agree to and accept upon registration, initial payment and start of the Bootcamp.
You agree, adhere and accept that Turtle Trading Fx will assume (With your electronic signature and payment that you wish your subscription to start immediately and that you consent to Turtle Trading Fx providing you with the relevant access and your subscription contents.
Upon access to the Discord Community and Private Members Area, including the Video Education & Content your membership is active and services redeemed.
The Turtle Trading Fx community “Monthly” Subscription is billed automatically each month unless cancelled by you. By subscribing to this package you therefore agree and consent to this. The Turtle Trading Community “Monthly” subscription can be cancelled at any time.
The Turtle Trading Fx community “Annual” Subscription is billed automatically each year unless cancelled by you. By subscribing to this package you therefore agree and consent to this. The Turtle Trading Fx Community “annual” subscription can be cancelled at any time for the next renewal.
If you wish to cancel your Turtle Trading Fx community Subscription at any time you can do so by using the MY ACCOUNT feature found on the TTFX website or by contacting us via email on our “Contact Page”. Please reference the email used to sign up as well as your Discord username and ID.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email 48 hours before the automatic renewal.
